2nd AHTBE 26 is registered under Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada’s (IRCC) Special Events Liaison Unit (SELU) for the visa processing.

eTAs and Visas

Depending on where you are from, you may require proper identification, such as a valid passport or an eTA (electronic travel authorization) or a visa, to enter Canada. A full list of entry requirements by country or territory can be found here.

AHTBE 26 attendees can request a visa invitation letter when they register for the conference, and we can issue a Visa Letter of Invitation (electronic format) to registered speakers, authors, and attendees after full registration.

However, participants are responsible for obtaining any necessary visas and ensuring they meet all immigration requirements. AHTBE does not provide financial sponsorship or guarantees. For any visa-related inquiries, please contact the relevant embassy or consulate in your home country.
