Visa Information

Entry requirements, invitation letters, and IRCC SELU registration for AHTBE 27 attendees.

Entry requirements

eTAs and Visas

Depending on where you are from, you may require proper identification — such as a valid passport, an eTA (electronic travel authorization), or a visa — to enter Canada. A full list of entry requirements by country or territory can be found on the Government of Canada website.

AHTBE 27 attendees can request a visa invitation letter when they register for the conference. We can issue a visa letter of invitation (electronic format) to registered speakers, authors, and attendees after full registration.

Important to know

Participants are responsible for obtaining any necessary visas and for ensuring they meet all immigration requirements. AHTBE does not provide financial sponsorship or guarantees.

For any visa-related inquiries, please contact the relevant embassy or consulate in your home country.

3rd AHTBE 27 is registered under Immigration, Refugees, and Citizenship Canada’s (IRCC) Special Events Liaison Unit (SELU) for visa processing.
