Indexed proceedings
All accepted and presented full papers will be published in the indexed conference proceedings or a peer-reviewed open access journal. Full papers presented at the conference will be submitted for indexing by DOAJ, Semantic Scholar, Scopus, and other databases.
All abstracts and posters will also be published with a DOI as part of the conference proceedings.
Journal special issue
Extended versions of conference papers are cordially invited, after publication of the proceedings, for submission to the Diagnostics journal (JCR Q1, ISSN 2075-4418) with an additional 20% discount on the Article Processing Charge for our special issue “3rd Edition: AI/ML-Based Medical Image Processing and Analysis”.
Requirements
Extending a conference paper
Expanded and high-quality conference papers can be considered as journal articles if they fulfil the following requirements:
- The paper should be expanded to the size of a research article.
- The conference paper should be cited and noted on the first page of the paper.
- If the authors do not hold the copyright of the published conference paper, they should seek the appropriate permission from the copyright holder.
- Authors are asked to disclose that it is a conference paper in their cover letter, and to include a statement on what has changed compared to the original conference paper.
