Paper Submission Guidelines
Authors are required to submit an abstract or a full paper (more than 4500 words) for oral presentation formatting as per the provided template. Submitted papers must be original, unpublished, and not under review for any other conference or journal.
Authors are encouraged to submit their papers via the Microsoft CMT online submission system. If you experience any issues during submission, please contact us at 📧 glatif@ieee.org.
All submissions will undergo a peer-review process conducted by at least 3 independent international reviewers and a plagiarism check.
Review Process
The conference follows a double-blind peer review process, ensuring a rigorous evaluation of submitted research. This approach maintains the high-quality standard of presentations at the event.
Accepted Papers Presentation
2nd AHTBE 26 includes only full-length research papers, which can be presented through two modes:
- On-site Presentation (recommended for better networking and engagement)
- Online Presentation (for those unable to travel)
- Authors may choose their preferred presentation mode. However, in-person participation is highly encouraged.
Publication & Indexing
All peer-reviewed, accepted, and presented papers will be published in the Inspire Journal (Open Access Journal) with a unique DOI as open access, free of charge. These papers will be available online and sent to major digital libraries and indexing services, making them easy to find, including EI/ISI, SCOPUS, and other databases.
